No other action is required from your end.

Hello, I need an expert advise on if I should re apply or not.

I applied for my mom’s supervisa on September 29th with an upfront medical through new IRCC portal. She did completed her biometrics on October 14th. Biometrics are showing- valid until October 14th, 2031. After that no updates at all.

I believe the application got stuck somewhere. Should I re apply or not? Thanks much for an advice in advance.

I don't see any reason to reapply if you applied on IRCC portal after September 7th.

You can call ircc if you are in Canada to know your visa office. I am pretty sure that all TRV applications from India are processed in New Delhi visa office.
