Since my husband is having some health issues i wish if i could travel now to qatar but whether there will be any restrictions to re-enter Canada after one or two months?

Unfortunately, no one can tell you what travel restrictions will be in one or two months. If you are a PR or citizen, then you can return at any time. If you are a temporary worker/student then you may have new restrictions. Again, can't tell you.
