Final is the last stage after Security.
I received the GCMS in November and it said that Security is passed.
I called the agent on Friday, he said that it’s approved and you will receive the portal email

Because mine security is also passed along with everything else on 29 nov,2021 but no approval shows in online status, So can agent tell whether final decision is passed or not?? Do your online status shows application approved?

Mine is same as you. No change in online status after medical and biometrics.
Last week I received a call from ircc to confirm our presence here.
She said that all stages passed and you will receive the portal in an hour.
Since I didn’t receive I called them the next day(last Friday)
The agent said that it’s due to workload it’s getting late

Called again on 17th Dec, they are telling the same thing.
That you will receive anytime
