For someone with family- spouse and children outside Canada (some of the children are Canadian citizens through their dad; others and the mother are awaiting sponsorship) to participate in Private sponsorship; does family size include children and spouse outside Canada or this is only the people supported inside Canada?

You include all members of your family (spouse and children under 22) inside and outside of Canada.
