What will be the correct level of education in CRS or while creating the EE profile.

Education 1 (ECA from IQAS)
LEVELS OF ACHIEVEMENT OUTSIDE OF CANADA
Credential Authentication: Verified directly by the institution or issuing authority.
Credential Name: Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering Year Awarded: 2008
Issuing Body: Haryana State Board of Technical Education
Country of Education: India
Program Description: Three-year technical diploma program
COMPARATIVE LEVELS OF ACHIEVEMENT IN CANADA
The Diploma generally compares to the completion of a post-secondary Certificate with a focus in electronics and communication engineering technology.

Education 2
Ontario College Diploma (2 years)

Am I eligible for two or more diplomas based on above mention ECA from IQAS ?

P.S :- IQAS ECA mentions three years in program description but gives outcomes as a post secondary certificate which is generally a 1 year program in Canada.

Any factual information will be highly appropriated.

Education 1 - So you have an Indian three-year diploma. Assessment is a post-secondary certificate (1 year).
Education 2 - You have completed a Canadian 2-year diploma.

You would not be eligible for two or more since you don't have one diploma assessed as at least 3 years. If I am reading your notes correctly with different fonts/sizes/bold.

No worries. Just wanted to make sure I was reading your notes correctly. Believe Education 1 since is a certificate is given one or two, but not three years. So count your highest program for points which is the 2 year diploma.
