My dad is going to pay my study fees and living expenses , So should he transfer the money to my local bank account in order to get the visa or I can show them his bank account balance as a sponsor ?

Show him as your sponsor, he has a job or source of income, so that's gonna be beneficial for your visa app.
Get a letter from him that he's gonna sponsor your studies+living expenses.

That's what I did, instead was my brother.
