September 2020 - Citizenship Applicants

Just wanted to update that there is a change in my mom's application.
Online tracker says that "Physical Presence" and "Prohibitions" completed on 08th Dec, 2021.
ECAS says "Decision Made" but no details about the decision.

Since my mom is now 71 years old their will be no Language test or citizenship test. For her interview though, what sort of questions will she be asked and if the interview will be online or in-person? Thanks

Did she get interview invite?
I thought that they wouldnt ask for interview after DM.
Even if there is, nothing need to be prepared. They will just ask to verify the information submitting in the application and the documents submitted. Have the respective original documents ready and she should be fine. Nothing much.

My oath was scheduled for January the 13th, I connected my dashboard and I realise an update happened on Dec 13, now the Oath is in progress but the date for the oath disappeared. Is it normal? I think this happened to someone here months ago but can't find what happened to them.

I call and they tell me I have to wait, so yesterday I Ordered the GCMS notes.

Do you guys know how long they take to send you the GCMS notes??

For me the GCMS notes never came through.
Otherwise from what I have heard you're supposed to get them in about a month (expect more delays due to the holidays)

I’ve been waiting for my ATIP request for more than 6 weeks. But I saw someone received reply exactly a month later.

Nothing special, they will share a pdf file with you and you need to give them feedback - how easy it is to navigate through it, how do you like the visuals, etc.

I did it this morning. For me it was all about new questions for the citizenship tests. They wanted me to read 30 questions out loud, answer them, give feedback about the phrasing, wording, if the question was clear, easy, all types of comments on each and every question and answers. The content is "highly confidential"

Thank you for your reply! I appreciate it. No interview invite yet or any update since Dec 08th. I am not sure if after ECAS ”Decision Made” interview will be asked or not but I will update the progress here.

Ok. No there wont be interview as far as we see till now. So expect the oath date soon.
