Inside or outside spousal sponsorship with removal order

Hello,
I'd like to get some advice from here.
I was student during 2018-09~2020-08.
While I was staying in Canada I had DUI. I was charged in Oct 2018, I got married Jan 2019.
I applied H&C Aug 2020 and I got rejected May 2021.
I made some mistake with my H&C application.
I didn't seek any legal aid. I completed application by myself and sent wrong consulate.
Anyway after I got rejected my H&C, shortly after that I was contacted by CBSA.
Eventually, they gave me 44 report and deportation letter.
CBSA officer gave me PRRA application to apply.
Now I have an immigration laywer and I will apply spousal sponsorship application and H&C combined.
And I will send PRRA also.
Lawyer gave me a choice that inland or outland spouse sponsorship..
Which one should I apply?
I want to apply inland. But what will happen If I have to leave Canada because my PRRA probably will be refused?
Will IRCC mississauga keep processing my inland spousal sponsorship application even if I leave Canada because of deportation order?

Your situation is extremely complex. You should ask your lawyer if applying inland or outland is better.

Generally speaking, inland applications are canceled if you leave Canada and cannot return.

same advice. If you have DUI criminal charge, contact a lawyer. In general once you are being deported or leave Canada, inland sponsorship application is refused (you are no longer inland). There are cases that deportation is put on hold. But those usually do not involve criminal charges. So again, your case is complex (if it's the SAME as OP), and you need to contact a lawyer.

I'd apply inland and ask for expedited processing. Of course, it depends very much on your particular circumstances, which is why you should work with a lawyer on that, but I am positive that there is such an option. When you have a removal order, CBSA can deffer the proceeding for 60 days while IRCC is processing your application.

Again, work with a good lawyer, in these sort of circumstances they are worth the money they are asking for.

I eventually applied on inland spousal sponsorship almost 2months ago with lawyer.
And my PRRA also applied seperately as soon as I got from CBSA officer since it's only valid in 15days.
I'm trying to be positive with my all circumstance since I have my all families in here (husband, step-child and parents in law)
Hopefully I get good news from IRCC

They contacted me with email first and I answered to her...and the more they contacted me the more closer to deportation order

Hey buddy hope you doing well i am on same boat as you convicted of dui in 2021 applied h&c with spousal sponsership still in process but got deportation order not mentioned date on it What is your update if you can give me any advise it will be highly appreciated as there are not many people over here who has the same dui cases

You need to be speaking to a lawyer. If you have been convicted of DUI you no longer qualify for sponsorship for 5 years after your sentence has finished.
