@rohanid6 yes - they actioned it quite quickly after I placed the request in Jan 2020 and then COVID hit.Same, I added my wife a month back as I recently married. Did ircc enable the document upload in your profile?
@rohanid6 ok - you must raised a webform and emailed NDVO about this i am assuming. Keep following up till they acknowledge. My application was at Ottawa when i added her to the application.Oh.. it’s been more than a month and I’ve still got no upload option.
IRCC surprises you in the most unexpected ways.Hmm, my application was finalised and sent to delhi in May 2019. (Sad smile)
legalfalcon is an immigration lawyer and is licensed with Law society in Ontario. http://msrai.comOkay, have you tried discussing with legalfalcon? Is he a consultant?
Hey buddy .. I'm not a legal expert but I think I have seen may be 1-2 cases in the past on this forum where people went to court over delays and got favorable results but I can't recall the specifics of their cases. I think you can start with @legalfalcon and see what is his opinion. Given your file was approved LONG TIME ago I think you may have some recourse. Other option is to just reach out to some MPs online and explain the situation. May be someone will do something. This delay was already ridiculous 1.5 years back and now this is just cruel. All the best!Oh okay, I guess then some canadian lawyer would be required to file on our behalf. @cansha any info you have in this regards? Or anyone lese from this thread who could help us.

See https://bit.ly/32OxwDUHaha.. yeah that train passed a long time back. Now I’m just lost for words. There is no accountability of even 1% at delhi embassy. I do not hold ircc as such responsible. But it’s the delhi embassy who has messed it up big time. And there is no SLA no responsibility nothing
