Do not post the same question repeatedly.

Based on your other thread, it looks like you have been sponsored through family class.

The answer to your question is no. You cannot enter Canada separated from your mother. Your mother must complete all medical treatments and pass the medical before visas can be issued to allow all of you to travel to Canada. IRCC will not issue these visas to you until your mother has passed the medical.

Are you sponsored by your mother's spouse or your father (i.e. current spouse)? I assum that you, your sister and your brother are all under 22 and single.
In that case, you are correct that it's all under 1 family (your mom is the PA and you, your sister and your brother are dependents). Everyone needs to pass medical until PR can be approved for all of you. (it's not possile to get PR for 1 but not the other. and specially if your mother is the PA, she needs to land and become PR either at the same time or before the rest of you do (dependents)

If you were 22 years old or older at the time the family sponsorship application was received by IRCC or if you are married, then you cannot be included in the sponsorship application. IRCC will remove you from the application at some point during processing and you will not be able to get permanent residency this way.

If you are under 22 years old and unmarried, then you are classified as dependent children. And then as already said, you must wait until your mother completes her medical treatment and passes the medical before the application can be approved and before you will be able to move to Canada.

you do not count as a single family unit if all children are independents. Each adult child is count as their own. Parents of adult children are also counted as their own family. What program did you or your mother apply under?
Your question is very confusing.
