Forgot to mention previous visa refusal :( Please help

Thank you I will wait for it. But I hope they don’t send me direct refusal before chance for me to explain . Should I still send webform just in case I have proof that my intentions were right .

To send a web form you need an application in progress. As per you, you do not currently have one. If you have an application in progress, then you can surely and should send a web form.

Most likely it is resolved.

@legalfalcon i called the ircc again , they said that the last comment by visa officer on the file on 4th nov is that "i have received the updated form 1295e" after that there is no comment or update . is it a thing to worry about ?

I need your help please. There is a Procedure Fairness letter in my account. Migration Section (High Commission of Canada, New Delhi, India) gave me 15 days to respond, and now I have 7 days left. I do not know how to prepare the explanation for this. My US student visa was rejected twice in 2019, I do not have a rejection reason or document to attach. Now, my Canada Student Visa is on risk. They said it is misrepresented and may ban for 5 years as well. I forgot to mention it in the application form. I need to write a letter and attach it in my account/portal.

There is nothing to worry about. After a document is received, it can take a few weeks for any action to be taken on it.

@legalfalcon I got my GCMS notes today and i saw two notes.

First Note : SPOC enquiry received at CPC-E (created date 1st november)
Second Note :"Updated 1295E form recieved on 1st november" (created date 4th november)

Is it anything to worry?

FYI i sent the updated 1295e form to mention about USA visa refusal.
