PR processing for 2021

I have done many PR applications and Medical is usually the last step. From this I can infer that my application is at the last stages. I hope I can get the PR card as soon as possible since I need my PR for my RCIC and ATIO licensing.

We don’t need a physical examination? Do I have to go for a medical examination? Are you an immigration agent? Apply now for yourself?

Guys when do you think I should expect my PR card or at least CoPR?

This is the latest update I have:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 31, 2021.
2. We started processing your application on December 6, 2021.
3. Medical results have been received.

I am not an agent but I am getting licensed that is why I need my PR to take my exam. I work at an immigration office as a manager these days. Yes, now it is my turn to apply for myself. )
Medical is needed for those outside Canada but as we did it when we made the refugee claim they don't require us to do it again for the sake of time. It is not usual, though, as Medical is valid for 1 year only but to process everything fast they don't ask for it anymore.

Its not about processing time and validity of medical exams, In-Canada protected person's PR applicant are exempted from medical inadmissibility. Its a law

What I understand is that no matter what the body is, I will accept it! Because our most important thing is the hearing! Has passed, the physical examination is just a process

ALL protected persons are NOT required to take the medical exam IF 1) they have an unexpired medical exam 2) it is valid.
In our case, it is expired and is invalid but due to processing time issues they don't ask for it again. I contacted IRCC about this specifically and they said our medicals are OK if we did not leave Canada and lived in a "designated country" for more than six months after a positive NOD and receiving subsequent RTD.

Thank you for sharing and I have read R30(1)(a) and i guess we are talking same thing but section g was repealed. most of R30 clarifies about TRP and family member of protected person, but 38 is specific addresses waiver to medical inadmissibility for protected persons. same way there are detailed provisions for protected person and for other TR under IRPA.

I am very happy to meet a professional like you. We did not seek help from a migration agent. I applied for permanent residency online by myself. I think it is not complicated for a protected person to apply for permanent residency. Just prepare according to the checklist on the official website. For me It is also a process of learning English. I also consulted with my previous lawyer if I need him to help me apply. At which percentage are you at? I am at 28% on CIC portal. You submitted almost 2 months earlier than me and still have no updates after stage 3! I'd send a WebForm to see what is stopping them from further processing if I were you.
