I have 2 used visas in the US, visited canada twice(2018, 2019). No immediate family or relatives in Canada.

Yes tourism and visit. I just written my travels for the past 10 yrs. They asked my Passport as supporting documents. Submitted my Bank certificate, bank statement, copy of my 7 Platinum cards and SOA. No land titles, etc. You must convince the consul that you'll visit canada as tourist, no hidden agendas.

I think they're stricter for new applicants
