I am on the same boat with June 2020 applicants who haven't received test invite yet. Applied for urgent process last week as my job requires me to be able to legally work and travel to/from USA or will lose my job (very stressful time for me). I haven't received any updates since then either. Reached out to MP and should get some update this week (although I am not hopeful on the MPs).

I am wondering what are the caveats on withdrawing application and reapplying?

Hi farzad1983, have you applied for gcms notes? They might give you a sense of what is delaying the application.

I feel like June 2020 applicants are just starting to get movement these days. Gcms take 30 days to get though and I would say most officials will be off for 1-2 weeks over the holidays so hopefully you get an update this week!

I wouldn't withdraw the application before applying for gcms notes though.

I applied ATIP request more than 6 weeks ago, and still haven’t received any reply.

UP is not approved for a job in the USA. go for the H1B or L status

Sorry to hear that! Does your test have a "due date"? On my notes it had said October 18 which would have been month after I got test invite and for language, prohibitions and physical presence it said November 18 which was around time I got updates. Also about 12 months from AOR. Could all be coincidence, just me trying to interpret the notes.

Pending Clearances is a lame excuse.If you check from notes from different departments you’d see they might had advised IRCC a long time ago with the clearance but nobody cares as it seems in IRCC so best of luck.

All chks completed and DM: July 2021
Oath done : 07 Dec 2021.
Now waiting fr citizenship certificate.
My own citizenship process will start in couple of years. Thank you!!!!

No due date for test on my GCMS. But for the other items like prohibition, language, etc. the due dates were Nov. 8th which I am already past the date. Not sure what it exactly means though!

Also have past more than a year since AOR date.

It's all ridiculous. Unfortunately the new MP is not proactive either. I am note sure what else I can do here tbh.
