Hi guys, am new here can someone tell me the process of getting a job in Canada, am a Civil Engineering graduate in Kenya and i also hold a Diploma in building technology.

You will not get a job in Canada so look at Express Entry if you want to immigrate.

To get a job, you need to find an employer and get a job offer. The employer then needs to file a LMIA and pay $1000, and prove no Canadian can do the job only you. Then if employer gets LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. The process takes a long time so few employers go through the process. Don’t know your work experience but engineering is a licensed profession.
