@Canmah I have validated the form and barcodes were successfully generated. I just want to know if you have signed the form manually or just sent it without signing?

Not yet . I requested them 4 months back but they didn't reply. I proactively sent documents recently only. But nothing as of now.
Im not one of those expired visa..im under AIPP dec.2019 AOR no issued visa yet still waiting for so long..we are waiting for the request of remedical bec.the previous one is already expired..any update?

I also need to add newborn baby into current application. IRCC replied me to fill following forms:
- A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,
- (If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form,
- (If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form,
- (If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form
Should we also need to fill IMM 5669 and 5406?

- (If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form, - this is not required if there has been no change in your location and work-related details.
- (If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form, - update this with details of the new born
- (If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form - update this with details of the new born for both your spouse and you.
Should we also need to fill IMM 5669 and 5406?
