closed work permit

Hi I applied closed work permit with lmia in April.2021 from Ankara embassy. I gave Biometrics and Medical , also have Tourist Visa. I am NOC 3142 I have two questions.
1) My lmia will expire in end of december .Can I receive my work permit from port of entry with LMIA and my official job offer . Is there anyone received closed work permit from port of entry similar to my situation
2) Is there anyone waiting closed work permit so long as like me .

1) No, you can't. This is only possible for people who travel to Canada who are visa exempt.
2) Yes, there are people who are waiting this long. Join discussions in the Foreign Workers section of the forum.

Thanks for reply But, I already have valid trv for 7 years which I can visit Canada

Yes, that allows you to visit Canada. But unfortunately this does not allow you to apply for a work permit on arrival at the POE. You must be visa exempt in order to be able to apply for a work permit at the POE on arrival.
