PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

My PR card was approved and mailed yesterday. Wondering how long does it take to receive. I live in York Region.

mine was approved and mailed on a Monday and I received it on Friday of the same week (Toronto, close to mid-town)

I declared my self with credentials on nov12th and still waiting on ecopr.sent so many mails no response from etobicoke. Anyone in the same timeline?

It is funny, but I think they process applications in alphabetic order .

Because my friends with family names starting on letter "A" received a PR card within one month.

Other friends with family names starting "S" and "R" received their PR card within 6 and 10 months.

So, I guess they really process things not in the order, just based on your family name letter.

That's not true!! My family name starts with the letter "A"and I got my ecopr on June 29th but still no pr card. Dec 29th will make it 6 months.

I emailed that email address I posted, got a reply within 4 days that cards had a production error, that they fixed it and re-sent the cards to production.
6 days later GCKey updated to approved and mailed.

May I ask what exactly did you write to them? Please did you provide any information that prompted their response? I have been waiting for my card since July 20th and still nothing.

Changed address by calling call center - 15 Oct'21
PR card Approved and Mailed - 09 Dec'21 (Today)

No Ghost updates for PR card application, maybe I missed them. I emailed IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca on 29 Nov'21 and got reply on 6th Dec'21 that my card is in production. (mail came from Calgary)

Hope I get the card on my new address.
