Hi All,
Need some guidance while submitting Employer Form towards ITA of OINP under Employer Job Offer Streams.
Employer is refusing to sign Employer form which is one of mandatory requirement.
Is there option to submit self declaration towards unavailability of singed Employer form while I posses rest of all documents and information.
Please advise.

The whole point for that program is to have a permanent full-time job offer as the employer is the one needing a foreign worker, you cannot self declare. Your employer must sign the form.
