Please advise - IRCC doesn't give me mailing address for HK Police Certificate

Hi I'm Hong Kong resident, got a request letter for police certificate a few days ago
But the HK Police will only send the certificate to an address provided by the immigration office
However, there is no mailing address in my request letter
I called IRCC ytd, they said they won't re-issue the letter with the address
(even tho I told them I know they did the same for other HK applicants)
But they just said it's not a standard request letter format to include a mailing address
so they only told me the address over the phone, and said they would email me the mailing address after the call (which they don't)

What should I do?
Anyone experienced the same case as me?
Please help ><"

Feel so disappointed about the call agents as they don't re-issue the letter for me + they didn't send me the mail which they promised to

What`s your Visa office? Just provide them with the Visa office complete postal address and they will send those directly by registered mail. Check the links below.

thanks for the advice. I visited the police station and they said Canada informed them to send the certificate to the Consulate in Hong Kong. Now my application is in progress and hope everything will be alright!
