Biometric Update (visit visa from Pakistan)

I have applied for the visit visa of my father in November and he has given his Biometric on 26th November 2021 however until now I cannot see an update in the CIC portal.
Is it normal, it has been almost 10 days.

Been seeing some delays all over. I would suggest calling them to see if it's been submitted.
