Update home address

Hi everyone

I recently moved from one appartment to another, in the same city. I wanted to update my address with IRCC. When logging into ECAS to check application status, there is an option to update your address, I chose that option, and updated it there

When i was done it said it will be updated in 15 business days. Its past 15 days now, I was wondering if I am supposed to do something else, am I missing something? do i need to call them or submit a webform or something?

Whatever you did is correct.
Its taking 3 months now to update the address.

My wife updated her address the same way beginning of Aug, until now the address has not been updated.

She did it through Ecas

My address is changed now on ecas. Took like 2 months
