I currently work for a company who has agreed to provide me with a valid job offer to be transferred to Canada. Would this be considered as a valid job offer for express entry as i cannot find any information on the website about this?

No - it won't. They need to obtain an approved LMIA in order for this to be counted as a valid job offer.
