Any suggestions as My CEC application refused in last minute

My PR refused applied under CEC stating that am not meeting one year Canada experience which must be within 3 years when we apply for PR.
Actually I had eligibility until I receive ITR, but when the date I submit my application online, I had lost one month out of my 1 year Canada experience away from 3 year duration. But I confused from ITA as it stated to submit application in 3 months period since ITA issued. But I would not know time counts for Canada exp until we submit applications online. I have no options left to query anything. Any suggestions and idea around it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately it seems pretty clear that you didn't qualify for CEC at the time you submitted your complete application. So there would be no grounds for appealing this decision.

You should look into options to apply through FSW or PNP.
