Can you please, advice, does CAN+ program works during the pandemic? I had Canadian visitor visa, but it expired last year. Now I have B1/B2 US visa.

but, how they detect that I have valid US visa?

There is a field where they ask. Then you have to upload a copy of B1/B2. and lastly, when you send your PP for stamping they will verify all information including checking your B1/B2. Also, US and Canadian immigration databases are linked, so they can easily verify.

I recently did an application for a friend and there was no specific slot requiring anything for applicants who qualify for CAN+ processing.
I also uploaded a copy of my friend US visa to so that it's still valid.
