Hello,

I am applying for citizenship for myself, I have a PR expiring in FEB.
I also want to bring my younger brother(30) and my mom to Canada.
Is it possible to add their names to my application?
I here there is an annual draw for parents of people living in Canada to get a PR?

Id appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction.

No, it's not possible to add their names to your citizenship application.

Yes, there is an annual lottery for parent / grandparent sponsorship. If you meet the income requirements, then you can enter the lottery next year. If you are selected, you can then sponsor your mother for PR.

You cannot sponsor your brother. He is too old to be sponsored by you or included in your mother's application. Your brother will have to qualify for PR on his own and immigrate independently through an economic immigration program like Express Entry. You cannot sponsor him.
