More than 2 months have passed after getting eCoPR, Haven't received the PR card yet, Call IRCC, The lady said they can't help with any information.
Any idea what's going on?

If you're in Canada, and you're not planning on travelling anytime soon, then it shouldn't matter when the card arrives. It can take up to 6 months in some occasions. Do you need to travel soon?
