Notes with thanks
Can you give another comment on the following case :::: I received my PGWP around 2 months ago since then I have been working (remotely from Singapore) for a Candian Company. My plan is to go to Canada receive my "Work Permit Paper" at the border services and apply for my Spouse Open Work Permit and Kids Student visa while I am in Canada.
Then after a week I will return back to Singapore and wait till the result of the applications.
So we can move to Canada together once all have visas ready.

Do you think this approach is practical?

Is the person paying Canadian taxes, getting Canadian pay stubs etc? If so, it may possible. The person needs to submit pay stubs and employment letter.

Also, and you probably know this but your work experience doesn’t count as Canadian experience if you are working remotely outside the country.

How long is your PGWP? All you can do is apply and wait. The applications for SOWP and study permits may not be processed at the same time. Where do you live?
My PGWP is valid till August 2024. I am permanent resident in Singapore.

I need one more piece of advice: In my case, Is it better to provide last three - bi-weekly Pay Stubs or last three monthly Pay Stubs ?

Months if you have them.
