@Ayanna and everyone I am still here and it's December alredy, my annoyance is if ircc want to refuse me, they should so I can move on wit m life.
where did you find this informationThe backlog under H and C is around 28,319 applications. Waiting game for everyone who has application on process.
i found it on facebook, i think its 19585 for straight h&c, 70 applicants for H&C and PH class ADM dependant person overseas, and 7117 for h&c with risk or disrimination ( I think it's for H&C cases with PRRA ) and 1274 for public policy category ( without RAP )The backlog under H and C is around 28,319 applications. Waiting game for everyone who has application on process.
Thank you, my friend. I owe to this forum a lot and happy to share with friends everything I learned over the past years. If I did not learn here years ago that we can order GCMS notes to see refusal grounds and re-submit H&C ourselves, our multi-year IRCC saga would not have had a happy ending. You r always helpful, praiseworthy
If it can be of any consolation, I remember one user here who was also refused PRRA forms. He was qualified for PRRA application but his CBSA officer refused him a chance to apply. But the day he went to the airport for removal, he met a different CBSA officer who gave him PRRA forms to fill on the spot. And he was able to get deferral. So there is always hope. Just keep calm, say you will respect everything they ask you to do but there is risk to your life if you return. We keep fingers crossed for you. Good luckThank you for valuable suggestions and encouragement @ katayoon
It really depends on officer and how many years you have been in Canada. I remember one guy here got 6 months (he has been in Canada 17 years). Others got 1 month. Some get no date but are asked to do weekly/monthly check-ins. The lucky ones will get administrative deferral until Stage 1 of HC is complete. Any outcome is possible really when you deal with CBSA.Has anyone in the forum got idea - how long does CBSA give us the time until deportation after the first interview? Will we get enough time to settle everything before departure?
