Yes they should but learning from this forum many 2021 applicants got their citizenship meanwhile people like me from 2019 still waiting to hear some news from CIC.
I am 2017 applicant, which makes it worse. I did everything there is, including hiring a lawyer for 2 years, and nothing worked. There is no first-come first-serve basis with IRCC, processing order is random. It depends which agent is processing your file, what due dates (to check again) they place on your file, and there are endless # of workflows that your application goes through. I am not an expert on IRCC, I am simply speaking from the perspective of someone who has been waiting for more than 4 years, and went through a lot of communication with them and my lawyer.

Best of luck to all, and I hope you don't have to wait as long as I am till today.

Hello,

Have you considered asking your MP (Member of parliament) for help with your file? You will need to consent to give them access but with a politician looking into it and the fact that you have already waited 4 years, there could be good news.

It takes really so much time, I called them to check, they said all is good just taking too much time, imagine I applied Dec 2019, it has been 2 years that is really unbelievable.
they are unbelievable! I'm being unable to work on some projects in my company, the urgent request hasn't worked either. 4 months after the test and no new updates! It's really taking a toll on me.

Copr seems to vary per officer. Although they had mentioned it in the oath ceremony invitation but in my case they did not ask for it during the ceremony. I have seen many who did not do anything with it but in some cases some officers asked for it as well. So I guess its no big deal if you dont have it as many have done without it.

Oath Ceremony Update (Calgary office):

- All the statuses, except the Oath Ceremony, were updated to Completed on Oct 28, 2021.
- Oath Ceremony Status changed to In Progress on Nov 20, 2021, and I got an invite email two days after asking me to attend the ceremony on December 15, 2021. Since I'm not currently in Canada, I sent them an email asking them to reschedule it after January 2022.

As we can see, it took them about 3-4 weeks to get the Oath invitation after the all the other statuses were set to Completed. Hopefully, they won't take that too long to reply to me with a new date.

Congratulations! Do you remember how long after your exam everything else got completed (except oath)? I did my exam in July 2021 but haven't had any updates after that. My office should be Calgary.

I passed my test on Nov 22 and it still hasn’t been updated on the tracker.
I live in Calgary as well.

The knowledge Test email came from this email id:
IRCC.DNPNTCITScheduling-PlanificationCITPTNRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

I called IRCC call center today and spoke to a rep to know why there was a delay, he couldn’t tell why. He said “it can take several weeks at worse to get an update”

My exam status was set to "Completed" on Aug 24, 2021. I had an online interview with an officer on Oct 27, 2021, and one day after everything else got updated to "Completed". It means that it took about two and a half months after the citizenship test to get everything else processed.

In theory, you should have everything completed as well, but I don't know the criteria they use to process the applications. Clearly, it is not in sequential order. There might be a number of things that define which application they will pick first or they just pick them randomly. I think we will never know.

I'm still waiting for their response to get my Oath Ceremony rescheduled. I sent the email last Thursday. Nothing so far.

Thank you for your response! It's definitely very difficult to identify a pattern. Things are happening differently for me than my friend whose situation is very very similar to me in every aspect. We event sent our applications together. I'm starting to get worried. Anyway, hope you'll hear soon about your rescheduled oath ceremony.

Does anyone know the significance of the "Last Updated" field in the new tracker (located in the top right) after successful sig in to the new tracker? I saw that date changed to Nov. 17, 2021 however, no changes that I can tell. The date remains even today when I checked.

The test is updated to complete today. Now the next leg of waiting starts.
501 days today since my file was accepted by IRCC.
