PPR received but passport returned without Visa from CHC, New Delhi

May I know what is the procedure to send the passport after PPR? I am trying to find out the ways to send the passport for my father. Please advice.

I have one question here, in VFS Consent form, whether the applicant needs to sign only in 2nd page for passport submission via Blue Dart? or he needs to fill the section where it says "Indirect Submission" as well? Please suggest.

He has to sign the 2nd page. The signature for 'indirect submission' would be signed only if someone else submits the application on his behalf, or else leave it blank.

Thanks for confirming. I thought we are submitting via Courier so I had a confusion whether we need to sign it. Thanks for clarifying. I will let him sign only the 2nd page then.

I was asked for a passport request, i sent it but it was returned without visa stamp on it. it is said that expired medical examination.

medical given 18th, March 2021
decision made: 21st, October 2021
passport request: 7th April 2022
passport returned:3rd may, 2022

But didn't get any message for the re-medical examination till today. What next step should I do for the further process? I am very worried again will it take a longer process? Or when will i be asked for remedical? or can my medical date be extended for more 3months.?
