Australian Police Check- Fingerprints?

I was wondering if anyone has recently (in the past few years) had to complete an Australian police check? I can’t find current information on whether or not I need to send my fingerprints or if I can do the check without fingerprints. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Australian police check doesn't require fingerprints.
