Father and Mother Name difference on my passport and Education Credentials

Hi All,
I have few queries with regards to name difference of my Father and mother on my passport and education credentials. I will be applying for PR soon.
1. My name on my passport is Samnani Alim Nijar but on my education credentials its Samnani Alim Nizarali. My father has changed his name from Nizarali to Nijar. And now its Nijar on his passport and other documents. So should i create an affidavit or my father should make one for my PR application.
2. Same name issue with my mother name. All her Documents it is Yasminben but on my Education credentials its Yasmin.

Yes an Affidavit from a solicitor will be enough

So should I make an affidavit stating my name on passport and name on credentials are the same person. Or my father should get one stating that his name previously was Nizarali and has changed it to Nijar

Submit the documents and explain it to the solicitor the changes that occurred, his office will prepare the affidavit in a professional format
