This year, Alberta is allowed to issue 6,250 nomination certificates. Since the number of invitations issued has now exceeded the number of certificates of nomination that can be granted, the province may have finished issuing invitations for the current year.

The AINP Website however states this:

Nomination certificate limits
The following numbers are accurate as of November 23, 2021.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) sets the limits for nominations the AINP can issue each year. IRCC provided 6,250 nomination certificates to Alberta for 2021.

5,871 nomination certificates have been issued so far in 2021.


I would stick to the information on the AINP website for obvious reasons.

Yeah, I posted it above too,

I am implying trying to inform people that there are different news flying everywhere, but we need to believe the information on the AINP website.
For sure there will be some spillovers from this year to next year. but lets remain positive there are some 350+ nomination certificates still to be issued this year.

NOC: 2253

27 Feb - Created EE
08 Sep - Received NOI
09 Sep - Created AINP profile
20 Oct - Submitted Application
19 Nov- Info Requested to Me & Employer
24 Nov- Received Nomination
26 Nov- Accepted Nomination in EE

While waiting for ITA, currently processing IRCC documents.

Let me know if i can answer some questions

Did you get a mail notification from AINP that the status of your application changed?
or you simply logged on to check?

I received an email from the Immigration Program Officer asking for some documents. I have logged in to the AINP website itself to check. It then showed me the status changed from submitted to "Information Requested"

Hey,
My processing status changed from "submitted" to "Information Requested." However, I have not received any email concerning the requested details. Please advice. Thank you
