A Mom and a 7 year old girl as refugee from Afghanistan

Hi everyone,
I and my daughter runaway recently from Afghanistan.my husband is arrested and still I do not have any news if he died or not.
we are in Iran now without any residency documents,without any money and any family here.
my daughter need to go to school but how and where?
I go to UN office in Iran but they said they can not do any help to me.
I want to send my refugee case to Canada but I am not sure about their email address.
I am a young woman without having any money and can not live here so much with a little girl.we are homeless and people here help us.
Please guide me with true information then I can save time.

No, it isn’t.

You may be eligible, however there is the definite possibility you won’t be able to apply from Iran. In most cases, a refugee claim must either be made “in Canada”, through the UNHCR or by a sponsorship group “in Canada”. There is generally no option to apply directly to Canada from outside the country by the refugee claimant.

That is online processing of PR applications for people who claimed asylum from inside of Canada and who have already been approved. Unfortunately this does not apply to your situation.

Have you looked into the Humanitarian program? Do you meet the requirements of this program?

yes I have a few close friends there.

Because without my husband its hard to live in UAE. The expense is high there.school costs is so high.living costs too much.my salary can not be able to cover all costs.

He is Canadian citizen.
1 person can be sponsor or a group of 5 is needed?
UNHCR said they can have a little help to me for having a room here to stay but they can not send my case to other countries.they did not tell me anything else.
