I submitted my mother's application through old portal on Oct 25, 2021. She is in India.
Her biometrics were done in 2019, but we did not submit medical results. There is no update to her application since , apart from the confirmation email we received after submitting her application. Anyone on the same boat as me?

I applied for my father's super visa on March 23 2021. Biometrics done on August 10 but no update since then. Still says we haven't received your fingerprints. So I raised a webform nov 21 and asked if everything is okay regarding biometrics, they replied after 2 days and just said ' be patient and we will process biometrics if we received it". They are processing sept and oct applicants new portal or even gc key ones but not old applications...pure non sense.

Strange why they stamped V1. Weired. Parallely raise a webform and see if you get any response..

Same here applied on 25Mar2021 parents Supervisa. Biometrics reflects, My fathers medical reflects. Its now close to 2 months that my moms medical is not reflecting. So the pattern they are processing is so different. No progress from past 2 months.. Webforms are not working..

Webform did work for me. I chose new delhi office and they replied, I have no idea if it's really being processed in New delhi or elsewhere.

My parents file also is in new Delhi.. When i ask Delhi they say be patient, IRCC need to process and notify us.

When asked IRCC they say file is transferred to New Delhi, please check with them.

I dont understand whom to ask, as nothing is clear..

You can use either now as processing times are similar.

I applied for my parent's super visa in March 2021. Completed biometrics in March and radio silence since then. A few days ago i received medical requests for both my parents. Is medical the last steps in super visa and how long do they usually take to issue visas after medicals.

3-4 weeks usually. Sometimes earlier.

did you apply thru the portal? if yes, where can you check what the VO is for your application?

I applied through GC key. VO was mentioned to me in the IRCC's response to my webform.
