Hi All,
My parents have applied for a visitor visa before September 7, 2021. They are fully vaccinated for Covid-19. They don't have any immediate needs to travel. However they are waiting for a decision. Should they re-apply via a new portal or just wait. Moreover, do they need to submit a web form where they can attach the details regarding vaccination and recent travel.
And lastly, according to the below statement on the IRCC portal here, how and where should I tell IRCC that my parents qualify for Covid-19 exception as they are fully vaccinated. Please help.
"If you applied before September 7, 2021, and you already told us that you qualify for a COVID-19 exemption"
