On their site as of today, it says that they are releasing most decisions for applications made around Aug 22 to Aug 28 and it takes about 80% of applications 13 weeks to be processed.

Not yet. My husband and I applied for a SP and a OWP on Sept 25, and completed biometrics on Oct 5th. Our eligibility started on December 11, no updated since then.
