Ok…am going to put it in the box for notes that am enquiring about it too. Thank you so much.yes but i don't have a big informations about JR
Do you have reference number for your JR? If not, You will likely see in your HC GCMS notes "related/linked" applications with application number for JR. We saw PRRA application number this way: it was given in HC notes on Page 1 as related application. Then next time I was able to send a GCMS request specifically for PRRA with this reference number.Ok…am going to put it in the box for notes that am enquiring about it too. Thank you so much.
Hope all goes well . My friend got approved last week from Toronto office
Also, since you have removal order, I recommend doing a separate GCMS request under CBSA, rather than IRCC (when you select agency from drop down). I found that CBSA records are the most comprehensive. It was so long that they even sent us a file disk instead of email! And I finally saw there the famous refusal letter that IRCC never sent us, but sent directly to CBSA. That refusal letter was not showing up in IRCC GCMS.Ok…am going to put it in the box for notes that am enquiring about it too. Thank you so much.
Every case is different indeed. Don't be discouraged by average stats. People say here Montreal office is nice, but my partner got refused 6 times there! 2 HC, 1 PRRA, and 3 appeals. There is nothing to worry about. Every case is peculiar. It will end in praise.
Exactly thats what i said every case is different, i got refusal from toronto office and reading the refusal notes, i figured its worst officeEvery case is different indeed. And you fell on the most difficult agent perhaps. When I was reading refusal notes from Montreal officer, my hair stood upright - "the applicant demonstrates no evidence that his 6-month old son needs his father to be present in Canada". Like seriously.Exactly thats what i said every case is different, i got refusal from toronto office and reading the refusal notes, i figured its worst office
Yes my officer was worse, he didnt even study my whole file, i had trv in process at that time and he didnt get to that page where we submitted proof of application in process and in his refusal notes, he said you are out of status lol. too many things he said which didnt make any sense. And you fell on the most difficult agent perhaps. You share your knowledge with me so I can share if someone ask me when am finish with IRCC. I am glad you find my posts helpful. I am happy to share some tips that you will not find on IRCC website and you can only learn from years of applying.Ok thank you. Same here - when we sent 2nd HC in October 2020, it went to the same agent in Montreal and she did not even open the application! She just re-printed the refusal letter from July 2020 and did not bother changing the date either. Then what I did is re-print again this 2nd HC, word for word, translate into English and apply again - this third time it ended in Vancouver and got AIP. Thank God, there are many offices and many agents as well.Yes my officer was worse, he didnt even study my whole file, i had trv in process at that time and he didnt get to that page where we submitted proof of application in process and in his refusal notes, he said you are out of status lol. too many things he said which didnt make any sense.
You have very good chances this second time if you have argument/evidence against each of the nonsense points he made. This is how I structured the last application:Yes my officer was worse, he didnt even study my whole file, i had trv in process at that time and he didnt get to that page where we submitted proof of application in process and in his refusal notes, he said you are out of status lol. too many things he said which didnt make any sense.
