on the top of the IMM1344 you have the validate botton when you click on it everything that is in red needs to be corrected ,when everything in red is corrected then it tells you that its validated ,now if you go back again to check your document you need to validated again .
thanks for your response. I validated when i finished all the questions and a bar code was generated , i dont know why it says "NO"

in the guideline anything that is not supported with a document needs to be explained on a separate sheet ,since you need to anticipate any future request of documents .
What I meant is that there is no requirement to support with a document (birth certificate) in the first place for the date of birth of a grandparent when filling the additional family info. In some cases CIC would still ask for some updated timeline especially if there is a gap or you forgot to include a family member. Thats why I said he should keep a screenshot since we wont be able to view what we completed anymore except for the pdf forms.

Thnx for ur reply...for my husband its already been 3 yrs since he got his PR so does that mean my undertaking as his sponsor is over? He's still PR not a citizen yet
Looks like you are free from the undertaking based on this extract below. It doesn't matter if he is not a citizen.

Length of undertaking is 3 years from the day your spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner becomes a permanent resident.

hello,

im just realizing the form imm1344 on the top right "office use only" validated "NO" is that ok?? or i made a mistake?? please if someone can help with this question. im afraid that "NO" means something im missing ????
you have to do validation...and print..if you save and then reopen and print it will show NO there

Hi ,
May I know where you can see these instructions where it says copies of passport “all blank pages”
I read many people are saying include copies of all blank pages. I don’t think that blank pages need to be included. Yes if there is any stamp or anything in any pages that needs to be included
go to instruction guide...and see the section where "people make common mistakes....thing to be careful about..something like that"

Would warn you that income suddenly found right after getting selected for parent sponsorship is quite suspicious. CRA and IRCC is aware that people suddenly “discover” income they forgot to declare. This could lead to further investigation of missing income that you may not have declared in previous years and going forward.
CRA and IRCC are different Arms length bodies...they do not communicate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called them and they said for safety side - count 60 days from the email received date
If you use teh 60 business days interpretation..it kind of matches Dec 6

HI. I ONLY NEED TO CHECK MY NOA TO GET THAT GROSS INCOME (15000) ??
15000 will give you other income as well...while they are looking for employment income...so if you sold your house and made 500K, it will increase your 15000, but that is not a repeatable income. If you have no other income then 15000 shall be OK

So if there is no travel history no stamps, all passport pages are blank we still need to scan each page n upload them
I have a friend who works in an immigration firm. they are only scanning first and last page and any other page which has stamp.
if no stamp then only first and last page. I have only done the pages with stamp with first and last page.
rest if someone wants they can also scan all the pages.
