Indian pcc rejection

I am a fsw-O secondary applicant COR-oman (spouse addition after aor, PA is my husband).I got my indian pcc in oct 2020 and came to oman in dec 2020.sent all documents to ircc in march 2021 as per request.

I saw a post in fb groups stating rejection of PR applications due to time gap.Since i took pcc from India before leaving am in fear of rejection now.

Am planning to raise a webform stating my indian pcc is expired and applying for a new one.Also i will be sending my new oman pcc since i lived here for more than 6 months.
Will that be suffice?

Since indian pcc will take some time i am planning to raise a web form with my oman pcc, application form for indian pcc and receipt from indian embassy asking for some time to produce indian pcc later. Is that fine?

It should be. Worst reasonable case is some delay.

Delay for what?

I mean, at least they cannot approve your PR until your PCC is satisfactory. And since you will need webform to update PCC, this involves more processing, hence potentially delaying your case by a bit.
