Unfortunately, I don't think the date means anything. Based on my understanding, it's something they can change to whatever they want.

I had ordered atip notes a few months ago, and I have some parts such as Knowledge, which has a field due date 28/11/2021, what does this date mean ?
I'm a sept 2020 applicant, sent my PP copies on 15 th sept, MTL office, now news since
No personal experience but I've seen folks mention IRCC can keep updating due dates. Can't seem to find those now from the forum search. There was also one big GCMS thread iirc, you might get better answers over there.
