It’s really unfortunate that IRCC has been contributing to our sufferings. I wish speedy recovery to his mother.
I received today after 37 days. Previously I have always received in less than 35 days
Completely unexpected, I received my portal email last night.
AOR - 3rd October, 2020
1st Medicals passed- November, 2020
Eligibility passed-December, 2020
Criminality-was in progress until Nov, 2021
Security - was not started until Nov, 2021
GU1- 10th November, 2021
2nd Medicals passed-10th November, 2021
GU2- 12th November, 2021
ADR- 13th November, 2021(done same day)
GU3- 17th November, 2021
Portal email-18th November, 2021
AOR - 3rd October, 2020

The last one I got took 29 days (ordered in Aug and got it in Sept).
I requested notes again in Oct and I'm still waiting for it, 34 days and counting.
On the 30th day, they sent me an extension notice.
Received my GCMS notes today for the first time after four months. Cannot believe it but even my eligibility has not started yet after 10 months.
I was asked to pay RPRF on 13th Nov with the receipt to be uploaded as proof of payment
