Go ahead and apply.
There is really no income requirement for spouse sponsorship, provided you do not need to depend on social assistance (either you or the sponsor).

Also provide information on how you and your wife planned to support your living in Canada.

For example savings, support from families in Canada for the initial months that you moved back to Canada, your plan to search for job after the move...etc.
