Express Entry Profile Expiry Date

Hi,
I have received an ITA from the province of Saskatchewan and also submitted the application 20 days ago but still my express entry profile status is not updated. It's going to expire in 3 days. Please inform me what should I do?

You need to create a new EE profile and link it to you SINP application/profile
