Hi All!

I have an active EE profile for FSW category with a CRS score of 461 aligned to NOC 2173, and I have received NOI from OINP on 27th Oct 2021 (Tech draw) . I am currently in the process of submitting my application for this NOI, but I have a concern regarding the Passport doc which I must upload in the identity documents category.

The problem I am concerned about is that I have a cancelled Shengen visa dated in 2018 .
Quick background: It was a business visa(valid for 90 days) with single entry and maximum stay of 30 days. the plan and bookings made during the visa were different and the actual bookings done before the travel was different.(this was done by the travel team of my previous employer (VISPL) on my name.)
The initial plan was to travel to Frankfurt to attend a workshop and then travel to Romania for another business meeting the whole duration was of 2 weeks.
The actual plan post visa was grated changed and was shortened to 1 week and only 1 day stay was booked in Frankfurt and rest were booked for stay in Romania.

Due to this when I arrived at Mumbai airport I was not allowed to board the fight (Lufthansa Airlines) as they mentioned the maximum number of days for stay must be in the country for which visa was initially granted (in my case it should have been Germany instead of Romania) the next day I was asked to meet the consulate in Mumbai for explanation and since the visa was invalid I It was cancelled then and there and the supporting cancelation doc clearly mentioned following reasons and remarks. even though the bookings were made by the employer, I was held accountable.
Reason:
- The information provided on the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not credible.
Remarks:
- Circumstances have come to the attention of the Consulate General which indicate that your main travel destination is not the Federal Republic of Germany.
- False or falsified documents were submitted.

NOW I have these doubts...
Q1- Since I am uploading a scanned copy of passport and all visa and entry stamps. should I Also attach this Visa cancellation reason in supporting docs in my application?
Q2- will this cancellation reason and remarks be a deal breaker? honestly it does give a negative impression
Q3- Is there any other suggestion on how I can explain or approach this scenario in my OINP application ?

just a note , post this visa cancellation I have been granted visas for Turkey and UK. I was never rejected/ refused a visa for any other country.

Looking forward for a quick response.

Thank you!

1. Yes.

2. No, it will have no impact.

It is IRCC where you should disclose all prior visa rejections and cancellations, for OINP you have to disclose, but OINP will not be much concerned about it. The info sharing and security screening is done by IRCC.

Thanks for this quick response @legalfalcon I really appreciate your help.
Please also advise if I get nomination in next phase with ITA , could this visa cancellation create any issue in clearance/ approvals with IRCC even if my other documents i.e.
Education assessment , work history , employer reference letters for my declared NOC, proof of funds , medical exam and Police certificates are proper ?
