My parents passed their second medicals in June and we received additional documents request two months after - in August. After the submission we received Passport request on September 29. My parents are here in Canada, so we submitted webform and since than - nothing

Hi, is there anyone with virtual landing ? I replied to the email sent by IRCC asking for details like Original entry to Canada, last entry to Canada. It has been more than a week since I replied to that email and has got no reply so far giving credentials for the PR portal account.

Anyone in the same boat or has some experience, please share or any valuable inputs are appreciated.

I haven’t got PPR email yet, i used my email address in the forms as rep and also the same email was mentioned in PA’s details.
Would i be getting PPR to that email or they won’t send it to that considering its not PA’s email? Then how will we be getting it.
Next question is for portal instructions, can i use my email or should i create one for PA and Can I help parents do everything on portal as they are not familiar with all these technical things.
Please advise based on your experience
