Thank you for this info. I raised a new webform and chose that my application is inside canada so it will go to CPC ottawa right?

True I have heard the same from others. You have a right to ask IRCC to move new portal processing to Ottawa or other Visa Office as a part Global Case Management System (GCMS) workload distribution agreement which was set in place to redistribute workload for international applications to different visa offices in the world. This was placed to allow fair processing time for all.

Although the success rate of moving visa offices is unknown at this point, it may help in identifying IRCC regarding the dissatisfaction of applicants in specific regions.

I have just recieved a reply email to my form sent yesterday. They are saying it is queue process

from KSA office, yes they will always reply like this.. like robots.. how in queue and one member of the thread here got his passport although we applied on the same day...
when did u do your biometrics? because what i have heard that who is submitting their biomimetics recently are getting their replies on time.. but old biometrics are left in limbo (queue).. due to a very bad ircc system..

I have done mine in 2019 which support ur quote. I have to consume my vacation before within 2021, otherwise, I might not be able to visit family before May 2022

yes mine too on 2019!! i only noticed that yesterday regarding the old biometrics.. its insane....
