Hi @legalfalcon, I received IMM1017 form (AOR dec 2019). On that form, in the client information, they only put information about my wife (dependent) not me (principal). It is not clear on that form whether they need medical for both (principal and dependent) or only for the client which they attached in the IMM1017 form. Thank you very much.

I don't think so! I got this email as well on Nov 2nd. My AOR is 12 Nov 2019. I read in another thread that a guy who has even received his PR card and is settled in Canada still got this email. Its like a routine one that goes out to some applications in the system. Even I want to be positive about it, but hearing stories like this I just loose that tiny bit of hope.

I doubt. More of an automated / system generated email. I received the same email on nov 11 last year.

I am guessing you have send the info regarding your baby through a web form, if not please do so.

Regarding calling IRCC, I haven't heard anyone has managed to call them recently. Personally, I prefer not to, as IRCC agents like us have been through rough times, let's try to be kind to them and be a little more patient.

I am sure in no time you will hear from them. Fingers crossed!

I've been trying to reach them too. Through calls or webform but no avail. I wanted to find out what the updates I recently received means, since no change at all on my profile.
