PFL for US Visa rejection

I am not being sponsored by my spouse , i am the main applicant of ICT work visa.

I have no knowledge of how ICT work visa is processed..... timing etc.
Spousal take at least a year for most after COVID. Not sure about work visa.

@frange @YVR123 Thanks I have already raised a webform 18 days back and got the reply that my request has been received at migration service unit ,india... Later on when I followed up ,ircc said that my query has been responded recently. Does that mean I am safe now?

Same here problem i was refused my visa but i tick no ..after i reliazed same here .send web form update plz i do mistake .next day recived autoresponde email your email has been recived irrc .so plz any expert guy those whos same sutation .what is next its accept this mistake bcz i cannot recived any PFL .i save it or its still denger zone kindly plz share your ezperince

My wife sponsor me i applied pr since 2019 .now my file in background check status .officer ask last time 3months ago again imm5669 background form to fill and submit but again i mistake cloum no 6D the cloum say in last line have ever been refused visit visa canada or other contry .i say no
But i realized its my mistake bcz i cannnot see propely only first line read about refugge status refuse or Qubec selection refuse bala bala .but 2nd i cannot see
So .i am refused canada uk usa austr .its was missreprenstation .i cannot recvied and emial like PFL leetter only i click this i this forum after that ri8 awat i send web form to again resend imm566o and say soory its was mistake .so whats you expirence about this its helpfull too me i was send rightaway .office accept my this mistake?i thing now you understand
